2014 BMW 4 Series | Review, Specs, Prices, Pictures. – Our spy photographers have sent us a number of images that provide an excellent look at the upcoming coupe variant of BMW’s F30 3 Series which will likely go by the 4 Series moniker. Wearing camouflage over just the front and rear fascias, this prototype reveals that the 4 Series will feature a more graceful, gradually tapering roofline than the current 3 Series coupe in addition to elongated quarter windows and sporty fender vents. Nineteen inch “M” wheels, an aggressive front bumper and “Sport” fender badges suggest that the prototype is either an M Sport or Sport Line model.
The spy shots you see above are not of a BMW 3 Series Coupe. Of course, that’s just because the German automaker has apparently decided that coupes and convertibles deserve their own numerical distinction, one step higher than their sedan siblings. While we’ve seen the upcoming BMW 4 Series in both convertible and coupe shapes before, this is the first time the car has been spotted by our European spy shooters without BMW’s trademark swirly camouflage all the better to spot details like the sloping fastback roofline and fender vents. Sadly, the fascia is masked, but we’d expect to see some stylized kidney grilles and stretched headlamps beneath.
Here is the spec and review of car 2013 BMW 4 Series Convertible. Still disguised by camouflage that covers all the body including the front and rear, but there are still visible until the interior is still seen there a car with the roof open is the possibility of a new model of BMW 4-series which is convertible models. The most interesting is the electrically operated with three pieces of metal are stored neatly in the trunk.

2014 BMW 4 Series Interior :
2014 BMW 4 Series Interior. – The new BMW 4 Series has been spied on the road ahead of its launch here next year and the replacement for the 3 Series Coupe is clearly shaping up well to rival the Audi A5 and Mercedes C-Class Coupe. The swooping roofline takes cues from the larger 6 Series, and although the disguise hides the front and rear styling, the 4 Series is expected to follow the lead of the bigger coupe so that it stands out from the 3 Series saloon. There’ll be more rear legroom than in the existing 3 Coupe due to a longer wheelbase, which will also boost stability and handling.
It looks like BMW will also be unveiling a concept version of the upcoming 4 Series Coupe next to the X4 Concept at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. With about two months left before the car’s official debut, the upcoming 4 Series Coupe has been caught in production form and nearly fully uncovered somewhere in Munich, Germany while being loaded for transport to an internal presentation.
When compared to the current E92 3 Series coupe, the F32 features a sleeker roofline with a more fastback shaped tail end, but not as dramatic as in the Audi A7. The rear quarter windows have also been elongated, but the most visible styling embellishment is the front quarter panel vent, which not only adds a sporty visual flair, but also appears to be an actual functional vent. While the front end is still camouflaged, we expect to see wider and sleeker headlamps which, just like with the 3-Series sedan, will connect with the grille.
2014 BMW 4 Series Exterior :
2014 BMW 4 Series Exterior. – EfficientDynamics technology will be fitted as standard across the range, while there will be a choice of a six speed manual or eight speed automatic boxes. The 4 Series Coupe pictured here will arrive late next year, and will quickly be followed by a 4 Series Convertible, as well as an M4 that’s expected to deliver around 450bhp.
As we’ve previously reported, BMW will likely begin distinguishing coupes and convertibles from sedans by using even and odd numbers. Thus, the former 3 Series Coupe will become the 4 Series, while the old 1 Series Coupe becomes the 2 Series. The same holds true on the crossover and SUV side, sort of. The X3, for example, is a conventionally styled, box on box, four door crossover. The upcoming X4, on the other hand, gets four doors but is styled like a coupe. Confused?… Just think of the difference between the current X5 and X6 models, but on a slightly smaller scale.
2014 BMW 4 Series Engine :
2014 BMW 4 Series Engine. – Expect the 4 Series to be nearly identical to the 3 Series sedan underneath the sheetmetal. BMW’s familiar turbocharged 2.0 liter four cylinder and turbo 3.0 liter straight six will likely be on offer, along with a choice of six speed manual or eight speed automatic gearboxes. A range topping M4 model packing a forced induction straight six is also part of BMW’s plans.
The prototype can also be seen very clearly even though disguised by some interior pictures on this coupe models. For this model fitted with two doors and the dashboard is identical to sedan makes the latest 3 Series F30. Is still the same is by using a mixture of mostly machine mimics the 3 series sedan is fitted with a turbocharger. Conversion itself to be offered in this model is the four cylinder engine and a plus fueled turbo’d 3.0 liter straight six engine blown petrol. Part performance will probably be a ship with a sporty variant M.
The next 4Series Coupe will be offered with a choice of two engines: a 2.0 liter twin turbo in line 4 cylinder for the base version and the successor for the current N55 twin turbo in line 6 cylinder engine for the top version. Both engines will be available with either a manual transmission or 8 speed automatic, and both should also be available with xDrive. As for engines, don’t expect any changes from the current offering in the 3 Series range. Base 4 Series models will get a turbocharged 2.0 liter four cylinder, while the higher output models will benefit from a turbocharged 3.0 liter in line six cylinder. Eventually, there will likely be an M4, too.
